This is the index of projects past and present.

Chuck’s World O’ Wargames (8-March-2004 — present) – I’m a big fan of strategy games, and I thought I could hammer out some rules for tabletop wargames. I was wrong. This website is a collection of rarely-updated or as-yet-unwritten rulesets, none of which are suitable for human consumption.

Small Island Nation (14-June-2006 — present) – This is a country my friends and I made up during our regular meandering conversations. Basically, it’s a semi-libertarian kleptocracy, with the “libertarian” included only because it means less work for us rulers. Should be on the main-site, but phpWiki doesn’t work on as advertised on this server.

Shut the Hell Up.org (24-January-2007 — 25-January-2007) – An open-source rant project, designed to let the students at my high-school vent about our shitty administration. I had planned for it to grow and go global, with people the world-over bitching about everything and anything. Rather like fmylife.com, except with the morons screened out. I aborted this before it was distributed because I had second-thoughts as to what this would do to my reputation if I was found to be the owner (i.e. I was afraid of a school admin crackdown).

Dress Stephen (3-October-2007 — 2-November-2007) – A website idea so retarded it just might have taken off. Essentially, our classmates would vote online throughout the week as to the wordrobe my good friend Stephen would wear on Friday. The site was designed, code was being developed, and Stephen never got around to photographing his wardrobe. Aborted.

Oedipus.Rex (30-May-2008 — present) – An AP English project, recreating the story of Oedipus in children’s-book form. A throwaway “project,” this was done with a team. Made in MS Paint.

The Wildcat Code (15-May-2008 — present) – The culmination of my senior project, I attempt to solve the May Day Mystery, fail, and post my results on the web. Noticed by Bryan Hance, this is the only project of mine that shows much ongoing potential.

Election ‘08 Student Issues Scorecard (3-November-2008) – I designed this for the University of Michigan College Democrats Student Issues Committee, of which I was a part. Sure, I ripped the design off from a free template site, and about 2/3 of the material was written by other people, but goddammit, I contributed!
